How it works

From the first call to the paid invoice

Set your business up once, sell recurring service and one-time jobs, and let the schedule, the field app and billing carry the rest.

One platform · three apps

The only platform that puts an app in the hands of all three sides of your business

Your office, your technicians and the pool owners you serve — each with an app made for them, all working from the same visits.

Web portal

Your office

Plan, sell and bill from one place.

  • Contracts, work orders and quotes
  • A schedule that builds itself
  • Invoices and payments in one view
Field app

Your technicians

The whole day’s work, in their pocket.

  • Today’s visits at a glance
  • Readings, photos and checklists
  • Keeps working without signal
Client app

Your clients

Their pool, their visits, their bills.

  • Upcoming visits and reports
  • Accept contracts and quotes
  • Pay invoices online

Everyone works from the same visit — every change reaches all three

01

Get set up in a few quick steps

Create your business and a short guided setup takes it from there: your language, your name, your time zone and week start, your plan, and a payment method you can provide later.

  • Guided from your first sign-in — no manual needed
  • Set to your time zone and work week from day one
  • Ready for your first client, technician and contract right away
02

Recurring service and one-time jobs, both done right

Ongoing maintenance and one-time jobs each get a tool made for them: recurring contracts that adapt month by month — visits, prices and extras — and work orders that guide repairs and installs step by step, from quote to final payment.

  • Recurring contracts for any season, price or billing cycle
  • Work orders with steps, quotes, deposits and site visits
  • Accepted online, in the client’s app, or on their behalf
03

The schedule fills itself

Every accepted contract and work-order visit lands on the schedule automatically, assigned to the pool’s preferred technician who is available that day. You only handle the exceptions.

  • Weekly in summer, every other week in winter — set it once
  • Time off? Visits move to the next technician on the pool’s list
  • Jump to any date ahead — every visit is already planned
04

Technicians work from their phone

The technician app shows the day’s route. On site they follow the checklist, log readings and chemicals, and take photos — all saved on the phone and synced when they’re back online.

  • Works without signal
  • Readings, chemicals, photos and notes on every visit
  • Skipped visit? The reason is recorded on the spot
05

Pool owners see the work

Your customers get their own app with their pool, upcoming visits and a report after each one — proof of work without a phone call.

  • Visit reports with readings and photos
  • Upcoming visits at a glance
  • Fewer “did anyone come today?” calls
06

Bill and get paid

Invoices are created for each billing period from what was delivered, including extras. Quote one-time jobs, take deposits, and get paid however your clients prefer.

  • Monthly, quarterly, yearly or per-visit billing
  • Deposits and payment gates on work orders
  • Online payments post automatically; manual ones in a click

Questions

Common questions

Do my technicians need signal in the field?
No. The technician app saves readings, photos and checklists on the phone and syncs them once it’s back online.
Can some clients pay per visit and others monthly?
Yes. Each recurring contract has its own pricing — monthly or per visit — and its own billing period.
Can I run one-time jobs too?
Yes. Work orders cover repairs, installs and recoveries as a sequence of steps, with quotes, deposits and site visits.
How can my customers pay?
However suits them: online by card, or by cash, check, Zelle, wire or ACH. Every payment goes straight to you — we don’t take a penny of it. You choose which methods appear on your invoices and quotes, and a manual payment is recorded in a couple of clicks.
Is it available in Spanish?
Yes. The apps, contracts and documents work in English and Spanish, and more languages are on the way.
How much does it cost?
$1 per pool per month for your first 200 pools and $2 per pool above that, and the first month is free. You pay only for the pools you service.
