1. Who we are

The Pool Platform is software for pool service companies, operated by Asav Dev LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, the Business Owner web portal, the technician app and the pool owner app, and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: when you give it to us, when a pool service company you work with enters it, and automatically when you use our services.

Account information — name, email address, phone number and language preference for business owners, technicians and pool owners who create an account.
Business information — business name, address, services, prices, contracts, work orders, schedules and invoices.
Client and pool records — names, contact details and service addresses of a business’s clients, and details about their pools.
Field records — water readings, chemicals applied, checklists, photos, notes and visit times recorded by technicians.
Payment information — card payments are handled by our payment processor; we receive a confirmation and limited card details (such as the last four digits), not the full card number.
Usage and device information — log data such as IP address, browser and app version, pages viewed and error reports.
Messages you send us — for example through the contact form.

3. How we use information

Provide the service: scheduling visits, showing routes, sending contracts, quotes and invoices, and collecting payments.
Verify pool addresses and place them on a map so routes are accurate.
Show pool owners the reports of visits made to their pool.
Respond to requests and provide support.
Keep the service secure, prevent fraud and fix problems.
Improve the service and develop new features.
Comply with legal obligations.

4. Pool service companies and their customers

When a pool service company uses The Pool Platform, it decides which information about its clients and pools to enter, and we process that information on the company’s behalf and according to its instructions. If you are a client of a pool service company and have questions about your information, please contact that company first; we will help them respond.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

With the pool service company you work with, and with pool owners for the visits to their own pool.
With service providers that help us run the service — such as cloud hosting, mapping and address verification, email delivery and payment processing — under contracts that limit their use of the information.
When required by law or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users or the public.
As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.

6. Location and photos

We use pool service addresses to place pools on a map and plan routes. Photos taken by technicians are stored with the visit they belong to as proof of work and are visible to the pool service company and the pool’s owner.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as an account is active and as needed to provide the service. Business records such as contracts and invoices may be kept for longer where the law requires it. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or limit certain uses. You can update most account information in the app. To make a request, contact us at management@asaved.net. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. Children

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know through the service or by email before they take effect.
